Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) has recently signed a long-term lease at One Broadway in Cambridge, Mass. The new lease represents an extension of its existing 37,945-square-foot facility and an expansion of 61,090 square feet for a total of 99,035 square feet leased directly from MIT One Broadway LLC. CIC also subleases approximately 40,000 square feet, bringing its total amount of space occupied within One Broadway to 140,000 square feet.
