ROBERT P. LAPORTE, JR.
Robert P. LaPorte, Jr. joined Colliers Meredith & Grew in 1982. He holds membership in the Appraisal Institute (MAI, SRA) and the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE). He offers 30 years of field variety valuation and consulting experience on projects located in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, South Carolina and California. He is a licensed general certified appraiser in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. He has also completed land use and marketability studies for industrial parks and central business districts, feasibility and market studies for residential and commercial uses.
